The 2026 NRLW season kicks off this week with 12 teams battling across 11 rounds of regular season action. Defending premiers Brisbane Broncos enter under new captain Tamika Upton, with Ali Brigginshaw set for a farewell season.

NRLW 2026 Round 1 Results and Fixtures

The season opened on Thursday 2 July at Ocean Protect Stadium, with the remaining five matches spread across Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets for the 2026 NRLW season are on sale now across all participating venues. General admission passes are available for individual home-and-away matches through each club’s ticketing partner, with prices varying by venue and seating category. The two marquee ticketed events of the season are the NRLW Magic Round at Geohex Park in Wagga Wagga (1-2 August), where one-day and two-day passes are available, and the combined NRL and NRLW Grand Final at Accor Stadium in Sydney on 4 October.
